Since opening our doors in 2017, Alexander Audiology has set out to be Los Angeles' top destination for premium hearing care. We keep extended hours, see patients on weekends by appointment, and offer same-day service whenever possible.

If you can't come to us, we'll come to you — nothing should stand between you and your best hearing.

Our clinics are equipped with the most advanced diagnostic technology available, paired with a calm, modern aesthetic designed to put patients at ease. We offer one-on-one hearing counseling, full evaluations, tinnitus management, hearing aid fittings, batteries, and accessories.

The people behind your care

Dr. Melissa Alexander, Au.D., CCC-A

Owner & Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Alexander has cared for hearing-impaired patients across Southern California since 2010. She earned her doctorate at Rush Medical Center in Chicago and completed her residency at West Coast Hearing and Balance in Thousand Oaks. Her clinical focus is tinnitus management, and she has been recognized by the City of Santa Monica for her service to the hearing-impaired community. She lectures at hospitals and community centers, fits Holocaust survivors with hearing aids at no cost, and runs a charitable program providing no- and low-cost aids to those in need.

Roshanda M. Brown

Licensed Audiology Assistant & Office Manager

A West LA native, Roshanda has spent more than 25 years in hearing healthcare. Long-time patients know her for warm service and an uncanny ability to get things done. She is trained on the latest hearing aid technology and assists with everything from fittings to follow-up care. Roshanda graduated from Owens Texas Institute in 2008 with an OTO-TECH Certification from the American Academy of Otolaryngology. Outside the clinic she enjoys her daughters Raven and Cydney, traveling, and cooking.

Lupita Navarro

Audiology Assistant

Born and raised in the Central Valley, Lupita brings deep healthcare experience and a real gift for patient care to our Solvang clinic. She enjoys spending time with her three boys and family.
